Happy New Year!!! We are looking forward to a brand new year of growth and learning!
 
We have our annual Career Day coming at the end of the month. Please consider coming to present to our students about your chosen career. It will be a great experience for both you and your children.  Please fill out the form and send it to the school if you are interested.

  • Parent Workshop – Financial Literacy – Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 2:30 pm
  • School Closed – Monday, January 19, 2026 – Martin Luther King, Jr Day
  • Career Day – Friday, January 30, 2026 – Please sign up to present to our students!
  • PTA Meeting – Monday, January 26 @ 7pm
  • Half Day – Monday, February 9, 2026
 
Important Announcements:
 
  • Lost and Found – Our lost and found area is overflowing with many jackets and other items waiting for their owners. The lost and found bin is located by the main entrance. If your child has lost anything please have them look in the bin or stop by yourself to look.  Any items not picked up by January 20th will be donated regardless of the condition or value.
     

  • Breakfast – Doors open for breakfast at 7:40am. All students who come must take a breakfast.
     
  • Lateness – Students arriving after 8:15 must be signed in at the main office by an adult. Please be sure your child is in school on time by 8:10am.
     
  • Scooter and Bike Safety – ALL children riding scooters and bicycles should wear helmets at all times to ensure their safety.
     
  • Traffic Safety – Keep Our Children Safe– PLEASE adhere to all traffic and safety laws. Do not double park. Do not triple park. Do not let your child let your child out in the middle of the street. Please respect our neighbors and do not block driveways.
     
  • Outdoor recess – Students will be going out to recess as long as the weather permits. Please ensure that your children are dressed appropriately and wear closed shoes – no slides and no Crocs. Please be sure to send children to school with proper outerwear.
     
  • School iPads – If you would like your child to be able to bring their school issued iPad back and forth from home, you must contact Ms. Blanchet and set up a time to fill out a DOE device loan agreement.  Please note that this is different than the school loan agreement. Families will be responsible for any damage to the iPad and/or keyboard covers.
