Thank you to everyone who shopped at the PTA Winter Fair! Your support of PTA events helps our students and our school!
 
As the weather gets colder, please be sure to send your children to school wearing proper outerwear. Students will be going outside for recess as long as the real feel temperature is 32oF and above
 
PS 184Q Annual Holiday Toy and Food Drive is going on from December 8th – December 12th – We are collecting unwrapped, new toys and we are also accepting non-perishable food donations, such as: canned vegetables/soup, pasta, cereals, dried beans, rice etc. Students who participate in the Toy/Food Drive will be entered into a raffle to win a prize! Thank you in advance for your generosity.

  • PTA Meeting/SLT Election – Monday, December 22 at 7pm 
  • Spirit Day Pajama Day – Tuesday, December 23rd.
  • Winter Break – School Closed from December 24, 2025 – January 2nd, 2026.
 
Important Announcements:
  • Breakfast – Doors open for breakfast at 7:40am. All students who come must take a breakfast.
     
  • Lateness – Students arriving after 8:15 must be signed in at the main office by an adult. Please be sure your child is in school on time by 8:10am.
     
  • Scooter and Bike Safety – ALL children riding on scooters and bicycles should wear helmets at all times to ensure their safety.
     
  • Traffic Safety – Keep Our Children SafePLEASE adhere to all traffic and safety laws. Do not double park. Do not triple park. Do not let your child let your child out in the middle of the street. Please respect our neighbors and do not block driveways.
     
  • Outdoor recess – Students will be going out to recess as long as the weather permits. Please ensure that your children are dressed appropriately and wear closed shoes – no slides and no Crocs. Please be sure to send children to school with proper outerwear.
     
  • School iPads – If you would like your child to be able to bring their school issued iPad back and forth from home, you must contact Ms. Blanchet and set up a time to fill out a DOE device loan agreement.  Please note that this is different than the school loan agreement. Families will be responsible for any damage to the ipad and/or keyboard covers.
