Dear P.S. 184Q Families,
The NYC Parks Department will be working on painting the yard behind our school for the next two weeks. During that time, we will need to have indoor recess until the work is complete. We are looking forward to a brand new freshly painted yard once the work is done.
We are planning to have an evacuation drill this coming week.

Wednesday, October 22nd – Unity Day & Pumpkin Patch day – We are asking all students to wear orange on this day.

No school – October 20th – Diwali
- PTA General Membership Meeting – Monday, October 27th at 7pm. Zoom link will be posted on Class Dojo.
- Halloween Parade – Friday, October 31st
Important Announcements:

Breakfast – Doors open for breakfast at 7:40am. All students who come must take a breakfast. Entry door # 11 located between the school big play ground and the school building.

Lateness – Students arriving after 8:15 must be signed in at the main office by an adult. Please be sure your child is in school on time by 8:10am.

Traffic Safety – Keep Our Children Safe– PLEASE adhere to all traffic and safety laws. Do not double park. Do not triple park. Do not let your child let your child out in the middle of the street. Please respect our neighbors and do not block driveways.

School iPads – If you would like your child to be able to bring their school issued iPad back and forth from home, you must contact Ms. Blanchet and set up a time to fill out a DOE device loan agreement. Please note that this is different than the school loan agreement. Families will be responsible for any damage to the ipad and/or keyboard covers.
