Dear P.S. 184Q Families,
Thank you to everyone who participated in our Kpop Sing Along School Fundraiser!! All of the children had so much fun singing their hearts out!
As we enter the season of fall, we look forward to many wonderful events for our students and families. Be on the lookout for many school and PTA events in the coming months.
We wish our families observing Yom Kippur an easy fast.

PTA meeting – Monday, September 29 @ 7pm. This is a virtual meeting. Zoom link will be shared via email and class dojo.

PTA Fall Picture Day – Wednesday, October 1, 2025
- No school – Thursday, October 2nd in observance of Yom Kippur

Grades Prek-2 – Welcoming Wednesday – Wednesday, October 8, 2025 @ 8:10am (more information to come)
Important Announcements:

Breakfast – Doors open for breakfast at 7:40am. All students who come must take a breakfast. Entrance is through door # 11 11 located between the school big play ground and the school building.

Lateness – Students arriving after 8:15 must be signed in at the main office by an adult. Please be sure your child is in school on time by 8:10am.

Traffic Safety – Keep Our Children Safe– PLEASE adhere to all traffic and safety laws. Do not double park. Do not triple park. Do not let your child let your child out in the middle of the street. Please respect our neighbors and do not block driveways.

Outdoor recess – Students will be going out to recess as long as the weather permits. Please ensure that your children are dressed appropriately and wear closed shoes – no flip flops and no Crocs.

School iPads – If you would like your child to be able to bring their school issued iPad back and forth from home, you must contact Ms. Blanchet and set up a time to fill out a DOE device loan agreement. Please note that this is different than the school loan agreement. Families will be responsible for any damage to the ipad and/or keyboard covers.
