Every year, all parents, teachers, students in grades 6-12 and select school support staff take the NYC School Survey to help school leaders understand what members of their school community think about the learning environment at their school.
  • Grade 3-5 -After School Test Prep program will begin this coming Thursday, 3/14. You can sign up on the school website. The time of the program is from 2:30 – 4:20pm.
  • Staying Healthy – Please click the link for the DOE’s Health guidance and Tips for staying healthy.
Our schools work hard to avoid the spread of illnesses at school. This is one of the reasons students are required to get certain vaccines before starting school for the first time.
  • Keep Our Children Safe– PLEASE adhere to all traffic and safety laws. Do not double park. Do not triple park. Do not let your child let your child out in the middle of the street. Please respect our neighbors and do not block driveways.
  • Remote Readiness – Please contact the school if you or your child has difficulty accessing Google Classroom at home.
  • Outdoor Recess – According to the NYC DOE, students are encouraged play outside whenever possible, which includes in cold weather. In collaboration with SLT, it is our school policy that children will go out to recess as long as the temperature is 32 degrees or higher with the wind chill. Children should come prepared with the following: a winter jacket, a hat, a scarf, and/or gloves. We suggest you label all items with your child’s first and last name.
  • Class Dojo – If you have not done so already, be sure to sign up so that you can get updates from your child’s teacher.
In Partnership,
