I want to Thank you for taking the time to be part of BEAR WEEK, by being a Secret Reader and/or visiting our Book Fair. It was great to see many of you visit our school this week.  

Culture and Character ~ This month’s Cloud 9-character trait of focus is Responsibility, to teach our young students that responsibility means making good choices and taking accountability for our actions. The culture connection book is Malala’s Magic Pencil by Malala Yousafzai. with a message that every pencil can be magic because the real magic is “in you, in your words, in your voice.” 

Parent Workshop ~ on March 14th at 2:30 to 3:10 pm. 

• 5th grade Test Sophistication Workshop  
• Class 120 Reading Workshop.  

Spirit Days  

• March 14th is Math Madness Wear a t-shirt or an accessory with a math symbol.  
• March 17th is St. Patrick’s Day Wear Green. 

Spring Photo Day ~ Thursday March 16th is Spring Photos for all grades. If you wish to purchase a package, please send in the payment with paper form with your child the day of the photo Day or you may purchase online at www.lifetouch.com Picture Day ID EVTB6WWSW.
